The facial begins with a beautiful deep cleanse and steam using 100% organic artisan Inlight Beauty facial products.
The facial includes an exstensive lymphatic drainage massage along with a gentle accupressure point routine.
A gentle mask is applied whilst you receive a décolleté, neck shoulder & scalp massage to release tension held in muscles and fascia.
Finally the whole face is massaged using many different techniques which will aid lymphatic flow, release tension in areas of the face we hold trapped emotion and stress.
I work intuatively to your needs, allowing me to use my hands, gua sha & facial cupping.

Buccal massage allows me to reach deeper layers of the facial muscles. The jaw and muscles around the face and neck hold a great deal of tension, this holistic treatment approach is very relaxing.

This deep cleansing, exfoliating treatment (dermaplanning) is perfect for removing the top layer of dead skin and vellus hair. Giving your skin a fresh glow.

The skin is cleansed, dermaplaned, exfoliated, massaged using lymphatic drainage and signature lifting techniques.

In the treatment I use a medical grade scalpal held at a 45 degree angle allowing the best way to remove dead skin and hair without causing any trauma or iratation to your skin

Hot Poultice Massage
Heated treatment to soothe muscle tension through an Ayuvedic herbal compress filled with naturally grown Indian or Thai herbs. The treatment can melt away stresses and strains of your daily routine and gently release muscle tension. The treatment combines manual massage using hands and the compress. These combined create a beautiful luxurious treatment that will be like nothing you have had before.
Working on the SEN channels and meridians of the body the treatment can unlock trapped emotion, but generally will allow the gi to run freely through the body balancing, mind, body and the soul.

Abdominal Massage
Deep abdominal colon massage or internal organ massage is a wonderful treatment that focuses on the function of the abdomen to release trapped gases and clear blockages and waste products.
The abdomen is the softest and least protected area of the torso and is therefore a very vulnerable yet important part of the body.
The abdominal cavity contains the stomach, diaphragm, colon, small intestines, liver, pancreas and gall bladder which are the organs in control of our digestive processes.
Deep abdominal massage can increase the effectiveness of all the digestive organs. The increased efficiency of the colon and other internal organs will have a detoxifying effect on the body. Therefore a consistent, regular abdominal massage can improve the appearance of the skin, make the eyes look brighter, relieve stress, promote a sense of wellbeing and in the long term promote the toning of the abdominal muscles.
There can also be significant emotional benefits from abdominal massage. The release of tension from the fascia and internal organs can also trigger a release of inner emotional tension carried in the core.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage is a light therapy that helps improve the flow of the lymph in your body.

You may have heard of MLD and be wondering if it is for you. It is particularly recommended to help with:
Oncology treatment
Recent surgery
Liposuction
Detoxification programmes
Lymphoedema
Reducing puffiness or water retention when you are due for your period or experiencing peri-menopause symptoms.

However apart from the above MLD is great as an all over body detox.

This is a very light treatment using massage techniques that help move the lymph (a fluid that regulates which substances are needed or not in your blood) towards the lymph nodes, which are located at certain points in the body. It is effective for many people because blockages can develop in the lymphatic system, for instance after an operation.
