What is Hot Poultice?

Hot poultice massage is a therapeutic technique that involves applying a heated herbal pack, known as a poultice, to the body. The heat from the poultice helps to relax muscles, improve circulation, and promote healing. The poultice itself, typically composed of moist, warm herbs or medicinal substances, provides targeted relief and soothing comfort during the massage. This method is often used to alleviate tension, reduce pain, and support recovery from muscle or joint issues.​​​

This course is an accredited course with ABT* and will enable you to add to your treatment list.

Prerequisites for ABT* certificate:

Recognised Massage Qualification Level 3 or Above. - (email to enquire about pre - requisites)​
