The evening will begin with Helen from Mindfit Cornwall treaching us some important breathwork techniques that are vital to skin health and support releasing muscle tension.
Then using the gorgeous 100% organic, local brand Inlight Beauty I will show you a simple homecare routine. Cleanse, exfoliate and nourish.
Following that I will show you a facial cupping routine and you will then be able to take those cups home to continue your self care.
